Mr. Payne is an Assistant Vice President, Assistant Fund Controller based in the California office.  

Prior to joining Westport in 2017, Mr. Payne was an Audit Associate with Deloitte LLP.

Mr. Payne holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Western State Colorado University and a Masters of Accountancy from College of William and Mary.
