Mr. Fraker is a Senior Vice President based in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Westport in 2020, Mr. Fraker was a Senior Investment Analyst with American Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for underwriting and due diligence of investments in ARA’s open-ended Core and Value funds covering all asset classes.  

Mr. Fraker holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
